Immediate Support & Crisis Resources
Sometimes the right next step is immediate help or support from someone equipped to provide it.
You can use these resources for yourself or when you are concerned about someone else.
You do not have to determine what is wrong with someone before reaching out for help.
If there is immediate danger
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911, contact local emergency services, or go to the nearest emergency department.
