How do I access my course after enrolling?

Log into your AttractWell account. Your enrolled courses appear in the dashboard. Start at Module 1 — do not skip modules.

What's the refund policy?

Full refund within 30 days of enrollment if you haven't completed the quiz and task components of any module. Email michael@policespeak.org to request a refund review.

How long does it take to complete RFA or HART certification?

Both are self-paced. RFA is approximately 14–20 hours across 10 modules. HART is approximately 16+ hours across 14 modules. No deadlines. No live sessions to schedule around your shift.

Will my department be notified that I enrolled?

No. Your enrollment, scores, and course activity are private. Nothing is shared with your agency unless you choose to share it.

How do I contact Michael about a department-level inquiry?

Email michael@policespeak.org with your agency name, size, and what you're trying to accomplish. He responds personally.
